The second i started owning everything and just saying, yeah i fucked up, it was my fault. And then providing the group woth the solution, people started listening and following me like never before.
People can sense self-pity, insecurity and pussies. Even if they don’t think about it. They pick up on it, and steer away from people like that. Because they know they will become liabilities, untrustworthy and weak.
And the first step for me was to deny myself the «pleasure» of self-pity and victimhood. And make it my standard to own shit, no matter what it is, no matter how big or small, no matter how little i had to do with the failings.
Usually i listen while doing other stuff, long drives or manual labour. When in a hurry, i love checking the summary of the questions and find the segment where the one i’m the most interested in is getting asked.

First thing that comes to mind for me is purchasing power in the monetary sense.

Are you more worth in a loving father and family scenario than you are in the economical sense?
Are you worth more on the soccer field than on the basketball court?
Be aware of what measuringstick you are using when measuring your worth. How much money you have, say nothing about you as a friend, parent or sibling.
You are more than just one role.
You have different types of «worth/value».
You are a provider, a friend, a worker, a spouse and you are meant for more.
