Hey Jack, why is the interest on btc backed loans so high? No offense, I know you offer a way better interest than Ledn but still almost 10% seems steep.
I now took a heloc for about 4%. Why do I pay more than double with bitcoin as colletaral as with a house as colletaral while the Bitcoin will probably will proof to be the better and safer colletaral over time.
Dont take this as an attack, im really curious why these rates arent more competitive while Bitcoin seems to be a safer colletaral.
