Don't quote me, because it's been a few weeks, but he was expecting to drop below 50% and potentially to 40% depending on how many new shares they would issue to purchase Bitcoin.

He isn't worried about the direction of the company, because there are too many Bitcoiners voting that it wouldn't matter if he doesn't have the majority of the votes.
