We are actively working on changes to the process. The team has been doing a lot of research into popular traditional apps that are similar, talking to users, brainstorming internally etc. so it’s exciting times in this regard. Will be testing some things in the coming weeks. I’ve also proposed a talk about this at nostr:npub1nstrcu63lzpjkz94djajuz2evrgu2psd66cwgc0gz0c0qazezx0q9urg5l
i like the way nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn has people choose topics of interest before getting to suggestions of people. feels like a good way to set strong context about why i am following certain people. though then not seeing them in a feed without specifically navigating there makes me think the purpose may be a bit different than i was expecting.
i’m interested to see if/how this could improve FTUX and onboarding and ultimately retention in a feed based system
