Grilling 🥩

When I was younger I really liked baking, but I made a lot of cakes, cookies, pretzels and such.

Now my preference leans towards stove top in case iron because it's fast, and visible.

I like sous video, carbon steel skillet, and live fire.

Primary - Cast iron pan, lots of butter and seasonings.

Secondary - throw it on the grill

Never use the damn microwave!

I suck at it, but smoking.

I have been putting my chicken and porks into a brine before i smoke them. I have tested out several combinations, but smoked chicken thats been brined comes out juicy as heck

Sauteeing and crockpot, both are easy.
