We never have enough time...Especially when trying to #workout and get some change. Two times a week is the sweet spot. If I sugest more I'm unrealistic. Aint nobody got time for that!

Well, you surley have 1min a day for one set of anything like a few #squats or #pushups for a #morningroutine? Again, it's so hard for people to do this.

If you train once or twice a week, you classicaly will do your one beginner exercise with 3 sets. Thats 3-6sets total of situps or squats for example.

With 1min a day, doing just one set in the morning you allready have 7sets total. More than doubled the work you did for that particular muscle/area.

This is an easy win. You have the time. Do it!

4:30min of skipping in sunlight

50 Squats

Cold shower :)
