My question is why? I don't want the state talking to my kids about sex, sexuality or more than the two genders. What's this bloke going to do, perv on them?..

Why would you care? Their job is to teach about subjects... not about his personal life. If you think all our professors were normal folks we'll news flash they weren't 🤣 and still they tought in schools. Their private life is theirs not pupils problem... 🤷♀️
Just that this craziness of Wokism is making them believe their private matter and beliefs are the subjects...

I teach adults and the last thing I want them thinking about is my sexual preferences. Classrooms should be venues for students’ intellectual growth not teachers’ identity politics.

Since children should learn about the world they live in. This is what parents and schools should teach them.
They should have the tools to articulate themselfs. Hopefully they are more able and more sensitive than past generations.
Since it is not the biggest offenders, that live the best. But rather those who try to understand. Those who are sensitive get better opportunities to live in challanging times 😉
So it is just one small part to give our children opportunities.
