Just left the eye doctor… she was shocked that my eyes have gotten better. Mind blown she asked me about my routine:

- 20 mins cupping eyes under red light in the sauna

- Uninhibited sun exposure (no glasses) at least 2 hrs/week

- Grounding at least 2x/week

- Avoid seed oils as much as possible

- minimum 1/2 gal of water daily

- only wear contacts when I wear makeup (special occasions)

Walked out with the same prescription I had in the 8th grade!!! 🧡🌻💜

I am gonna have my mother follow this because she's having eye issues not loss of vision but very very tearing eye. I sometimes get a tearing eye and it doesn't stop for a while..

I can relate. I noticed I was having issues tearing when I wore my contacts longer than I recommended. Come to find out I had chronic dry eye… doctor prescribed drops that did nothing… cutting out the seed oils and drinking more water daily helped me a ton.
