Hello guys is there a way to verify that nostr:npub1jg552aulj07skd6e7y2hu0vl5g8nl5jvfw8jhn6jpjk0vjd0waksvl6n8n jade recovery phrase that I have have is the correct one? I know on a ledger there is a way to verify your seed phrase.

Yes.

You could send a small tx to the wallet and then factory reset the device and recover.

Or you could go into the wallet and copy the receive address and then factory reset and check for the same receive address.
