State Duma deputy Anatoly Wasserman has prepared a bill (https://www.interfax.ru/russia/896316) according to which citizens who keep cash in rubles and foreign currency in amounts exceeding 1 million rubles must report this to the tax authorities and explain the origin of the funds. Otherwise, there will be confiscation and a fine of twice the amount of money stored in this way.

"Keeping cash in rubles or foreign currency in an amount equivalent to or exceeding 1 million rubles without notifying the tax authority, including an indication of the origin of funds, is punishable by a fine of twice the amount of illegally kept funds, as well as confiscation of all illegally kept funds," says the bill, with the text of which Interfax got acquainted.

The materials of the draft law specify that the rule shall be applied to the tax residents who will have to notify the tax authority at their place of registration about the large sums of money in the form approved by the Federal Tax Service no later than one week from the date of its appearance. The author believes that such a ban would be an effective tool for the Russian Federation in the fight against corruption as well as against the financing of extremist activities.

Thus, if you have the equivalent of $12,300 at home, for example, you are automatically a terrorist and a criminal. The community reacted by cursing Anatoly Wasserman personally. But it is clear that Wasserman did not come up with this bill. But did Wasserman himself "invent" it?

In principle, such a bill should have been "thought up" by Anatoly Aksakov, as head of the Duma Committee on Financial Market, but since the draft was too odious, it was decided to allow it to be "thought up" and announced to an odious deputy, who is certainly deputy meme Onotole.

However, this is not a Russian concoction. On March 1, Israel announced (https://rg.ru/2023/03/01/v-izraile-vvedut-shtraf-za-hranenie-nalichnyh.html) the imminent passage of a law forbidding citizens to keep large sums of cash at home. Failure to comply with it incurs fines, possible confiscation, and administrative and even criminal liability. And we are talking about similar amounts of 50 to 200 thousand shekels (from 13 to 50 thousand dollars).

So what's the big deal, you might say, who's going to know how much cash I have? I'll spend some of it. But in Israel, since last August, you can no longer pay cash for a product or service worth over 6 thousand shekels (134 thousand rubles). Also, "cash" in real estate transactions and motor vehicles is also prohibited. According to the authorities, this will hit criminal groups and complicate the support of terrorism.

In Russia, immediately after the Wasserman bill is passed, a similar restriction on one-time cash transactions will appear. You won't even be able to buy a new iPhone. And all this for the speedy and trouble-free implementation of CBDC. The Nigerian negative experience allowed the world's banksters to make the right conclusions and avoid disruptions in the introduction of digital dollars, euros, shekels and rubles.

In fact, it's time to remember the monetary reform announced by the Central Bank of Russia in 2023 with the replacement of banknotes of 1000 and 5000 rubles to the new denomination. For example, if you want to bring more than 1 million rubles to the bank for exchange, you will immediately change your mind.

Since both Israel and Russia are fighting terrorism and extremism in this way, by introducing extremist measures in cash circulation and terrorizing the population. Onotole will wean you off terrorism and extremism.
