I agree with most of this.

The thing I get hung up on is “no leaders”.

Now if you are referring to the idea, akin to Nostr and Bitcoin wherein there is no identifiable CEO, then sure.

But just because there aren’t titles doesn’t mean there aren’t leaders.

In fact, leadership starts with oneself and therefore I believe everyone is a leader.

And therein lays the problem…too many have abdicated self-leadership and that is a large reason why we find society where it is today.
