Yup and that's why they had to manufacture Helene to keep the scary climate change narrative going
I am not aware of any technology that allows for:
“Hey guys, hurricane season has been slow, we need to manufacture a once in 100 year storm within the next 3 weeks.”
I consider the government too incompetent to pull something like that off.
