Do you think k it's because there is a small degree of proof of work needed to even get on Nostr ?
Most dead heads are lazy so that could be a emporary barrier.. they'll get here though, sooner or later.

Could be. Another thing is that I think earning zaps means people are incentivized to provide value and not troll. What's the penalty to troll on Twitter? You may not get likes/retweets. But on Nostr, you won't get paid. Big difference. I just had someone use the N-word in this thread. My first block on here. What do they miss because of this? I won't zap them ever. And I like to zap, so they missed out on some zaps that they could have gotten if they just acted cool. 🤷♂️
