Just had to block someone on Twitter. Haven't had to do that yet on Nostr. It's amazing how much more positive interactions here are. You don't get these types of people here. ☝️

I’d love to say you don’t get those types of people here, but I’ve already blocked for aggressive racism, antisemitism, and rape threats. None were targeting me directly, but I don’t need to see that shit.
The antisemitism seems to run rampant on Twitter. It's sad. I hope it doesn't come here. Perhaps I've been lucky, but I haven't seen it here yet.

Could be. Another thing is that I think earning zaps means people are incentivized to provide value and not troll. What's the penalty to troll on Twitter? You may not get likes/retweets. But on Nostr, you won't get paid. Big difference. I just had someone use the N-word in this thread. My first block on here. What do they miss because of this? I won't zap them ever. And I like to zap, so they missed out on some zaps that they could have gotten if they just acted cool. 🤷♂️
