Oh wow! What visa are you using if you don't mind me asking? I'm trying to think of most viable options for my next step.
All you need to do is pay $12 for tourist visa at the airport when you arrive. Customs office will provide for you. Good for 90 days I think. Then go from there. You should visa a few places before pulling the trigger. I rented so i have a year to learn and get things in order before buying property or properties.
Where are you from or living now?
Right now I'm in Oregon, US citizen. When I previously lived in Europe for 5 years before the pandemic I was on a student visa. At the moment I'm pondering a lot of possibilities, would love to spend some time in the South!
