I was changing my son's diaper and didn't close the top flap enough and he peed on himself and me...

I changed his outfit, changed my shirt and picked him up only to have him blowout and poop on my shirt and his outfit...

I changed him again, changed my shirt again and picked him up to have him throw up on us both...

we went shirtless the rest of the night
