Looks like a port of a retro game? I don't recognize it, but looks SNES era. Are you into emulation? You can play on all kinds of hardware these days, and you can even get achievements with RetroAchievements.org and the right emulators.
SNES era but Japan only. I believe I have this in my emulator of choice, along with the first arcade Macross game. Just a sucker for official releases of these even if other options are available. 🤷♂️
