Looks like a port of a retro game? I don't recognize it, but looks SNES era. Are you into emulation? You can play on all kinds of hardware these days, and you can even get achievements with RetroAchievements.org and the right emulators.
That more faded, almost like highlighting, is from a fountain pen? And it's the Vampire Squad ink? I've never seen a fountain pen write so lightly
You could shave it off. I've never tried, but from what I've heard, it really sucks. Especially the stubble phase.
Anarchists have extensively thought about this problem, and I'm sure they have quite a few ideas. I'm not really familiar with them, but I know their are online libraries dedicated to communist writers/thinkers (obviously not what you're after), and I'm 95% sure there's an anarchist version, too. No idea the URL, but I'm sure it'd be easy to find through Google.
