you know… just reflecting on my bitcoin journey…

it takes a real wing nut to purchase btc for the first time, alone, in a heavily regulated state, with very basic computer skills, no VPN / tor/ nothing, while your partner is begging you not to.

and when i did it anyways, i immediately got robbed $2k, and instead of walking away, i bought MORE.

i bought tickets to btc events, btc circular economies, i exhausted myself in fiat mines to buy myself some time to get to LIVE in/on #bitcoin

all before 30.

In nature, surpluses can be found at the edge/fringe.

Fish seek the protective shelter of edge, like the nooks and crannies of sunken ships or little cave-like hollows in submerged rocks.

Animals seek hydration at the water's edge.

Predators of both land and water, knowing animals seek hydration at the water's edge, hunt for food at the water's edge.

Berry bushes push out from the tree line into the meadow. Like the water's edge, herbivores and carnivores alike seek to make a living off of the surpluses found here.

We can look to the center and try to keep up with the Joneses or we can look away from the center to the fringe.

I'd rather be Neo than a hollow vessel for the spirit of Agent Smith to occupy at will.
