How easy is it to run your own relay?
It depends on many factors but I'd say it could be pretty simple.

This is what I use. It's fairly easy if you aren't afraid of the command line. This is what I've ran on my home server for the past 2 months. You can also look into using Umbrel which is a point and click type setup.
