So I decided to test sending sats to my #[0] lightning address from WOS. Here’s what I learned…100 sat minimum, converts sats to Fiat automatically. This is not an option for maintaining sats for NOSTR. #[1]

Used it as my receiving address today
Did it automatically convert to Fiat or remain in Sats? My 100 Sats was converted to .02 so this is not a viable option for NOSTR use in my humble opinion. 🤙🏻
Nope set yours
Where is that setting? I can’t find it in my app.
Profile - Personal Information - Passive incoming payments
Nope, there is no 100 Sats minimum.
I receive Zaps just fine 🤙
Just be sure to set "passive incoming payments" to Bitcoin as your default preference 🤙

I think we are seeing different options in different locations. My WOS defaulted to sending 100 sats so I assumed Strike pushed that back when it verified the address. It also automatically converted to Fiat. I don’t have an option to receive in sats under the settings, profile screen like #[5] has posted. 🤙🏻
Strike is big on simplification, so I doubt the different jurisdictions theory.
I'm not in the US & my layout looks exactly like Damien's... try again...

The only things that are under my settings, personal information….name, email, phone number, and Bitcoin unit.
I’ve used Strike for 2-3 years and would like to send and receive sats, but I don’t seem to have that option. I’ll keep checking and May it changes one day. Until then, I’ll just dca with it. Thanks for trying to help me. 🤙🏻
