I've spent the last 4 months listening to the neighbor's rooster welcome the day. He's been my alarm clock. Reminds me of growing up on the farm. There are worse ways to wake up I guess.
Good morning nostr, its coffee on the patio today, enjoying a crisp 62F. I hear the sounds of pigeons and a little rooster. Yes, a rooster, after i swore i would never keep a rooster again. The last batch of chickens we picked up were supposed to be all hens, but we all know how that goes. At least these 2 roosters are small, maybe even banties, so the bigger hens can show them who's boss.
Today i might be able to do some catch up work. I havent decided where to plant my other tree, so i'll keep thinking on it.
