After testing a dozen or so “modern” web frameworks, I came to a conclusion that “modern” developers have zero idea how computers actually work, and also expect unbounded memory and unlimited CPU. 80% of their efforts is spent on making a pretty (and pretty useless) website with a fuck ton of emoji and meaningless benchmarks that spit “Hello World!” into /dev/null . If that is the state of FOSS software development today, then I would not worry about AI becoming AGI any time soon, if it continues to learn from the “modern” code.

It's Pretty. Pretty Useless.
I'm saving this 😙👌
Quality software developers is a dying breed, especially with the advent of vibe coded turds.
Fiat code. Fiat people are fucking pathetic and so are their favorite tools.
Shhhhh, don't disturb them selling shovels.
My colleague keeps producing my favourite TypeScript error: "Type instantiation is excessively deep and possibly infinite", I couldn't have said it any better but it would've sounded like an insult coming from me 😅
