My neighbour came over today to learn how to make butter.

While we were waiting for the cream to churn we covered all things fermented and dairy and a bit of sour dough bread making too.

She's excited to try all the things and was surprised how 'alive' the food we eat is.

I love helping people learn a new skill and watching a passion for quality food begin to spark.
