Accidentally “liked” my own post and can’t remove it 🤔
Any tips?
Similar to deletions, it’s a best a request to delete. It’s not supported, and other clients and relays might not support them either. Not sure which ones do.
Sorry to bother you. I got to delete my own posts with https://nostr-delete.vercel.app and a Firefox add-on, but how do I request a delete of a reaction of a post that is not mine?
I can only input a note ID on that web application. 🤔
Reactions are Nostr event kind 7 signed by you, even if it’s reacting to a note that’s not authored by you. I don’t know of any clients that allow you to fetch the event id of the reaction, or clients that allow you to request deletion on them. But that’s effectively what you need.
Little piece of tape or post-it note in your phone. Same way you take care of the check engine light in your car.

So far:
No multi-user support 👎
Can’t delete “notes” nor “responses” 👎
Search functionality not working as expected (this can be user fault, my fault)
It seems is not prime time ready yet 😕
Multi-user support: it’s something that Will wants to add, but it’s an open source project so it’s slower than what you might expect.
Deletions: it’s at best a “request to delete” with the Nostr protocol, not all relays will respect your deletion request. There’s no guarantees. Some people like it this way so that it’s more authentic. Damus won’t support deletions. Other clients might, but I haven’t seen any.
