13 jars complete from the 7.5 pounds of pecans I sorted. 4 are on reserve, 1 sold and another pending.
Now they sit and cool, then into the fridge overnight where they’ll “cure” for a bit.
Tomorrow will be making more Hodl bars so that’ll be fun. More coming soon! Thanks guys this is really fun 🤞🏼🫂
