This is a very expansive list that includes self development: set the table, clear the table, say something kind to someone, write one paragraph in my journal, 2 minutes of focused quiet breathing, 5 minutes of stretching (provide a list of options), offer to help parents with any task they happen to need, call a relative I enjoy talking to. I could go on......
I wish I had an funcle growing up! But it's good to know one now.
