Nicoise salad. This was a ridiculous salad that I guess was popular in the 80s. Champagne vin, The mixture of cold potatoes with green beans, olives and tomatoes. A little bit of tuna and aoli on top with capers and an egg on this side. #foodstr

Where is this? If I compare to traditional I’ve had in Nice, this is as close as rare steak quite frankly
