I’m a morning workout human too. 🫂💪🏻💜

For years I’d only work out in the mornings a couple times a week. This year I’ve added a couple after work shift gym sessions and I couldn’t be more happy about it.

Luckily my fiat job is consistent, so it’s a little more easy for me to be consistent. However whether ur work is consistent or not you can always schedule work out sessions in ur calendar. Thats what I do and it keeps me consistent no excuses. (Not saying ur making excuses at all) just helpful hints for them gains.

I definitely understand the butn out thing. I am now huge on self care and recharging. I also schedule that into my calendar. I guess one could say I’m a schedule -holic?! 😂

That's awesome! Glad to hear that you're doing that and taking care of yourself.

Diet and sleep are my first priority. I'd love to say I don't make excuses, but I struggle with #Epilepsy and after a decade of struggling with seizures I've learned when I shouldn't push myself. This makes me feel lazy at times, but sometimes a short nap is more of a priority to me than a workout.

I'm not gonna stop improving though.
