I find it ironic that Bill Gates got so rich selling an OS that is vulnerable to viruses and malware and now he claims he is trying to save humanity from actual viruses. That wasn't on my clown world bingo card.
He wants to apply the 'turn off turn on' to humans (just that the 'on' won't ever happen after the 'off').
