The rainbow, according to Genesis. But there is further in Enoch. The entity involved is referred to as "the Head of Days" and expresses regret at not handling the event well. And if you dig into other accounts, one of the passengers on the boat turns out to be Nephilim and corrupt af, one of Noah's sons.
