GMOs should not be a worry to you. There are a literal twenty other things you should be worried about in the world and in America; irt. Nutrition the omnipresence of HFCS being one and Magnesium depletion in your dietary grains being another.

I don't worry about the GM part, I worry about the glyohosphate contamination that goes along with it.

I'm suffering from magnesium depletion, probably. I just started taking supplements for that due to cramping after attempting to exercise.

Good! Remember that it shouldn't be Magnesium Oxide, which is poorly bioavailable and acts more like a laxative than a food supplement.

Nope. It's not. Glycinate maybe?

Mg Hydroxide (-OH) is better, but still has laxative effect in excess. Better is Magnesium Citrate (citric acid compound). Unsure about -Glycinate, gonna have to read about it.

It was recommended so I figured I'd try it.
