Starlink, and some energy independence (Tesla powerwall and solar). Elon is good to the prepper.
Centralized single point of something something
Need.
Bell is a terrible company. They can't hit me with downtime because I'm not a customer of theirs anymore.
i dont think starlink will work w/ weakening magnetic field—the satellites dont work thru south atlantic anomaly. just in case you are banking on this as a solution. do your own research. bitcoin transfers won’t work w/o internet obv.
It's worth the money to have a battery and solar cells capable of supporting your computing and networking needs in a pinch
Even putting this meme in jeopardy
The sun is producing strong solar flares creating blackouts according to news sources.
Starlink 🤣🤣🤣
The outage in Spain affected the electricity grid, not the internet infrastructure.
nothing screams more cia than starlink, but you are good
And it is not just the internet. One has to be independent from the power grid as well.
Feels like a test run for something.

Just bought the mini, was on sale for $350 for the roam plan. Going to work from camp ground…
Perhaps more internet outages will be used to corral people to all trying to 'decentralize their internet' access only to have the legacy systems shut down and then everyone would be centralized within starlink 🤔 let's just hope that's not the case
