My personal opinion is that if original plans of fast blitzkrieg in Ukraine would succeeded 2 years ago, Poland was ment to be invaded within days or weeks.
The funniest thing in this case that NATO would be frozen for months of decisions most likely because rusia would say they don’t invade anyone — thats crazy Ukrainian nazis attack Poland and rusia is actually trying to protect Poland
