Follower counts are the least exciting aspect of a user's profile. Their proof of work and contributions are much more valuable.

Agree. Also a raito of notes vs replies is a good enhancement indicator.
In the case of Japanese users, the number of posts and replies are reversed compared to other users. Additionally, bots created by Japanese users have a significantly high number of posts.
