Sliced white onions. Cover entirely with awesome honey. Let sit for 24 hours on the counter. Two teaspoons 3-4 times a day until better.
Honey/Garlic or Honey/onions.

I saw this and then just decided to try it. My daughters cough went away the same day. Wife now takes it when feeling a possible cold coming on.
The honey becomes much more liquid so it’s doing something.
I guess some add lemon to the mix as well for extra punch.
Good luck. It’s really meant for coughs and lungs I think so perfect for flu season.
