Aren't hardest hardest things to achieve to gather content, especially video, are:

1. Platform (well, in case of nostr - protocol and related user interfaces like clients) popularity - few content creators will use niche solutions due to lack of viewers;

2. User-friendliness - there is PeerTube as an YouTube alternative, however it is both too expensive (for video storage and for bandwidth costs) for a single content creator?

I think the number of viewers is on its way if we prepare correctly over the next couple of years - in terms of creating strong video content delivery applications that interface with users/viewers more like centralized platforms, and in terms of creators on nostr helping to inform devs about our needs and also helping new creators navigate the nostr landscape in the interim.
