Yeah it's actually made with pretty simple ingredients but prepared well in a nice balance of flavours. There was, fat from the pork belly and fried egg, and I added the beef cheek marmalde from the bone marrow appetizer to my burger.. a trick I learned from my friend who introduced this place to me. The combination of us not having to wait the typical 1hr + for a spot, the dim and lively atmosphere, watching them cooking 50 of these burgers at a time while I enjoyed the delicious food before we went to the Bulls/Raptors game is what make it great.
