its officially been a month today since i started calorie tracking with the loseit app. Here’s the previous month vs current month for everyone who told me it wouldn’t work. The app predicted 2lbs per week on 1600cals per day (1200 under maintenance). Seems decently accurate!
also thanks jack for recommending me the withings scale, makes it super easy to track this as it automatically syncs to your phone.
Sounds accurate, depending on your bmr. You need to be at least 3500 calories under bmr to lose one lb a week
