I think it’s the decentralized network effect raising awareness. It’s not some finely tuned algo placing corporate ads based on “what you like” I use nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 every day and I like that there are no ads #nads . Tastes Purple 💜🫂💜

It has nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 built in for image uploads, and overall I like the experience. The builders are focused on censorship resistance and free speech, Bitcoin as a medium of exchange, and a vision to create a digital social space free of traditional advertising and data mining of users; I like that.
That said, here are a lot of overlapping ethos of devs on #nostr and I appreciate all of the work being done to grow the protocol.
