I noticed years ago that gov workers like to say that they work in industry, but by definition gov work is not industry because the gov produces nothing.

These selfish rent-seekers are unbelievable. The US govt should not be a jobs program, and while I have basic human sympathy for them, the citizenry owe them nothing.
