Tools are to solve a problem .. no one outside the small community of devs care for details .. I mean when I buy a hammer ..All I want to do is drive nails .. not do a PhD in hammer design :-)

Software tools too need to solve a problem .. twitter did that in 2006 .. iPhone in 2003 .. the good news is our problems have increased manifold since then :-) ..we need more tools ..new tools ..better tools !
