Try get some rest. I am sleep deprived for 18 months (for a total of 4.5 years) and it is really awful what it does to my brain. I forget everything. I can't remember simple things. I feel like things that should be deeply embedded in my head are being forgotten. It's not nice. I can't wait for my youngest to start sleeping well. Hopefully soon. I believe that I can undo the damage with lots of water and meditation. Brains are pretty cool š
