Poor pilot was probably shitting himself for the last five seconds of that descent as he could tell he was going to land on the car but had little manueverability left at such slow speeds.

The pilot and passenger are unharmed, and the driver sustained only minor injuries.

Discussion
The plane is clearly going no more than about 70mph, which for that plane is probably right on the edge of stall speed, so trying to avoid the car any more than he did would’ve definitely caused a stall and probably loss of his own life.
