All entry names will be given to nostr:npub12r0yjt8723ey2r035qtklhmdj90f0j6an7xnan8005jl7z5gw80qat9qrx . They will be put on a wheel which chooses players randomly. This will determine the order of the players. Once the order is established I will be cataloging everyone’s entry. This creates a fair way to pick hash characters. The spinning of the wheel will be live and recorded onto zap.stream to verify results.

After characters are chosen the list will be posted so everyone can follow along.

I will use mempool.space to track blocks however in case they come in to close a node is required. If there is any uncertainty vic will inform us which block is the official block of the new year. Anyone with a node will be able to verify this.
