However, I would recommend everyone get their vitamin D levels checked, regardless of what season it is. Almost everyone has levels that are far too low. Do your own research, talk to your Doctor, etc.
You don't need to supplement Vitamin D to feel good in the winter. In fact it could do more harm than good.
You should:
1. embrace cold
2. eat seasonally
3. prioritize outdoors time
4. embrace restorative cyclicality
