Science by definition is replicable, why cant blockchains, a product of computer science be replicated for other purposes other than money? (Obvs bitcoin solves money).. eth is the worst example, eth is a fiat scapegoat

Technologies certainly can be replicated for other purposes. But the invention of bitcoin seems unique. It is less of an invention of technology than it is the invention of a computer network that we infuse real world energy into. There will only likely be one of those at a time. Because, why infuse energy into two systems if it could all be put into one, and everything built on that stronger foundation?
Yes because reality of building and scaling ... of it werent for thermodynamics and complexity ... bitcoin is not a pancea it needs the rest of crypto to actually do something beyond transctions and it impracticlly to bolt on and bend it for everything ...
