Last March, I began a personal challenge to do 50 pushups every morning. Where I basically roll off the bed, drop to the ground and crank those things out first thing. I may have missed 2 -3 days since March. This challenge was suppose to last a week, then a month. Well here we are now 6 months later.

Today I did 100. My body was already aching from the garage session earlier this week. So might as well give it some additional reasons for complaint.

I just got back to lifting Friday. Had a 100/day push-up regime but fell out of it before summer. Reading yours has me dropping to the ground this am! Thanks bud! 💜 💪
