Ah yes the capital punishment argument. Let the government kill citizen. How about we get rid of gun laws like the constitution opposes and everyone open carry a firearm. The cops would be only there to do an investigation if you shoot some one in self defense. If you shoot some one for no reason or to commit a crime/robbery you go hang. There is no jail time associated with that allowed.
