Bitcoin imposes a real world physical cost to people/entities who are trying to abuse the network and protocol. It introduced the concept of power projection to secure property within cyberspace. It could be seen as a "weapon" that does not cause injuries. Bitcoin is many things (and yes, Bitcoin is Love)
